Through our learning concepts we strengthen the correlation between technical education and the world of industry. We create and design our technical platforms by identifying the requirements and needs of the professional world and do everything possible to ensure that our teaching concepts are in line with the reference systems of the educational sectors.

The factory of the future and the city of the future are now being incorporated into technological and vocational training, not only as concepts but also through the use of very concrete equipment adapted to the implementation of contemporary production and logistics techniques and technologies.
The translation of this evolution has direct effects on BEMA's well-known products, which for several years now have included HMIs, field buses, supervision, CMMS and other means of assistance for production and maintenance operators.
Robotics, both conventional and collaborative, now provide a flexibility that conventional systems could not provide.
Virtual Reality and Augmented Reality now assist the operator in learning, fine-tuning and even diagnosing faults on production lines.
Finally, intelligent sensors and devices from the Internet of Things and Artificial Intelligence report their data quickly and accurately to increasingly user-friendly supervisors.

Recyclicc

Modular and scalable automated recycling line, with production of briquettes.

The RECYCLICC recycling line transforms common waste (wood, paper, cardboard) into combustible briquettes. It includes three independent basic systems: a twin-rotor crusher (DECHIQUETICC), an inclined conveyor, a briquette press (BRIQUETICC). This assembly uses the usual industrial energies: electromechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic. The baseline and its options allow the implementation of many maintenance activities.

Savonicc

Industrial line, multi-technological and multi-disciplinary, for the production of soap bars.

The SAVONICC line is industrial by nature. It integrates all stages of production, from the creation of a product to its packaging. The line includes 3 to 6 transformer stations and combines recent technologies and techniques, in terms of SCADA, production management and maintenance.

Scalable production and packaging line, integrating Industry 4.0 technologies.

This version integrates the SAVONICC production line coupled with a liquid bottling machine. They are followed by a discreet packaging unit by collaborative robot.

Produflex-MAN

Scalable production and packaging line, integrating Industry 4.0 technologies.

This version integrates the SAVONICC production line, followed by a collective packaging machine, a batch-packaging robotic unit, a discrete packaging unit by collaborative robot and an individual '' flowpack '' packaging machine with thermal transfer printing.

This version integrates the SAVONICC production line, followed by a collective packaging machine and a batch packaging robotic unit.
